Problem
Low water pressure throughout spa
Possible Solutions
Filter cartridge may be dirty. Clean or replace the filter.
Pump may have airlock.

The suction fittings may be blocked. Remove any debris that may be
blocking the suction fittings.
The filter skimmer may be blocked. Remove the blockage.
Spa may be running in filtration mode. Press JETS or JETS 1 button
to turn on high speed pump.
Gate valves may be closed. Open gate valves. WARNING - Never
operate your spa with the gate valves closed!
Some jets have low or no pressure
Jet valves may be partially or fully closed. Open the jet valves.
No water pressure throughout spa
Power may be switched off. Turn the power back on. The pump may be
defective. After you have tried all other troubleshooting, contact
your dealer for assistance.

Water level may be too low. Make sure spa is filled to normal
